Server Assurance is a weekly report that is emailed to you giving the current status of your IT network. The report covers issues such as; backup performance, validity of your anti virus software, installation of system critical updates/patches and monitoring available server resources.
Server Assurance uses advanced and secure remote access software. We connect to your server remotely ensuring there is no down time during the review process.
Trained technicians will be providing the report and are available to answer any questions arising from the report. Potential disasters can be averted by a proactive approach, the review can identify areas for future IT growth needs and creates peace mind for you that someone is regularly looking at your system.
Updates, Anti Virus and most importantly Data Backups are all monitored within the server assurance facility providing you with timely information to help you make the right IT decisions for your business. |
