We understand that different clients have different payment requirements - based on their accounting practices, or their individual situations. Despite our flexibility, one thing never changes - unless you have an account with Techno Phobia, we require payment in full before an order can be processed. For account clients, we will generally require a deposit before processing your order (the value of this depends on the type of items ordered, your credit limit and your current credit balance).
We accept both Visa Card and Mastercard and process these payments online at the time of purchase. Our online payment system is completely secure, as we use a secure server (you'll notice a small padlock in your status bar) and all of your credit card details are encrypted. If you have any concerns about using our online payment system, please contact Client Services and we will process your payment by telephone.
A surcharge of 1.55% plus GST may be added to your order to cover the cost of processing these cards.
If paying by cheque, please include either a copy of your invoice (printable at the completion of the online ordering process), or remittance advice stating the quote number. All cheques should be made payable to Techno Phobia and mailed to;

Incorporate your bill paying with your online banking. Simply contact our accounts department for bank details. If paying by Direct Deposit, please include a reference or memo stating the quote number (eg "Quote 123456").
Please note that processing of your order cannot begin until we can confirm that funds have been received in our account.
Depending on your situation, financing your technology purchases can sometimes be a suitable option.
If you already have an established line of credit or a preferred finance institution, we can liaise directly with them. Alternatively, we can put you in touch with a finance company that specialises in IT finance.
Payment Options for Services
For clients that do not have an Techno Phobia account, payment for services is required at the time of service.
For Onsite services, payment can be made by cash, cheque, or credit card and must be paid to the technician on the day.
For Helpdesk services, payment must be made by credit card at the time of the call.
We offer account facilities to many of our business clients after formal credit approval. To apply for an Account with Techno Phobia, please open and print out a Credit Application Form provided here.
