Gives us up to date information about the status of critical issues affecting your internet, email, backup and hardware components.
Weekly Health Report
Nominated staff will receive an easy to read colour coded report via email covering all aspects of the server assurance program.
Data Backup Checks
Reporting on the success or failure of your daily backup for the last seven days.
Microsoft Update Check
Providing you with a notice of available system updates. Installation of updates is optional for Standard SA and included in Premium SA
Resources Monitoring
Reports on the server’s resources to help maintain and grow your business.
Anti-Virus Update Check
Reporting on whether your Anti-Virus is updated with the latest threat definitions and licensing subscription.
Firmware Update Installation
Providing you with a notice of available hardware drive updates. Installation of updates is optional.
