Helpdesk Support
Helpdesk Support provide you with direct and support to assist you with assistance with a majority of computer issues. A qualified technician will access your computer system over the internet to correct your issue then and there, reducing your down time and cost.
Onsite Support
Our technicians are able to come to your place of business or home to solve all IT related issues. Work is billed by the hour at the time of the job. There are no call-out or travel charges, great when you require a once off service or a regular scheduled visit to keep the quality of your network maintained.
Workshop Support
Within our fully equipped workshop, our trained IT technicians have all the required resources at their disposal to deal with any IT issue. Our workshop facility creates the most comprehensive and cost effective way of resolving all your PC issues.

Prepaid Rate
Ideal for projects and customers that require support throughout the year. A great way to reduce costs and help maximise your IT support budget.
Casual Rate
Casual service has been designed for troubleshooting and problem solving. It is also available for IT installations and relocation services.
After Hours
For Onsite and Helpdesk work outside hors of 8:00am till 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
